Buying straps

There was a confusion in the purchasing process, I received a regular black strap instead of a butterfly clasp. After remarking the mistake I was provided a refund and a free of charge butterfly strap. For this approach - applause.
The problem is that each shipment has additional costs of VAT, custom clearance, transportation fees, etc ... so even the "free of charge" strap cost nearly 50$ to receive.
